Vita

Jennifer L. Berdahl
I study social power and status in groups and in organizations. My current research focuses on workplace harassment and undermining -- broadly defined to include social exclusion, derogation, sabotage, and threat -- as a behavioral means of maintaining and reinforcing social inequalities at work.
